- Ordering and Downloading your purchase
To buy a backing track, go: www.hittrax.com.au
- Log in using the email address and password specified when signing up
- If you do not have a login, click 'create an account'
- If you have lost or forgotten your login/password, click 'forgot password'. Wait for the next screen then enter the email address used when the account was created. A reminder will be sent immediately to your email address. If the email is not in your Inbox, check junk mail or spam folder.
Next, use the search engine to find and add songs to the cart. Click 'Buy MIDI File' or 'Buy MP3' depending on your preferred format.
MIDI Files require a dedicated MIDI File player and will not play on a CD. MP3 files play on any computer and can be transferred to a CD.
Tip - save money by purchasing 3 or more songs. Buying just 3 songs will deduct around 40% off the price. Keep adding songs until you are ready to check out. Click the Review/Checkout button and carefully review the selected songs and format. NOTE: Read the instructions on the Review Order page and make any changes, delete songs and update before proceeding to checkout or adding more songs. remember, hitTrax will not refund or exchange any song based on incorrect selection. if you have to make a chenge, do it in this section.
1: Download immediately after payment
- The download link appears on the online receipt. Click on the link to download the zip file.
- PAYPAL users - ensure you click 'Return To Merchant' button after copmpleting payment to access the download link. Failure to do so will result in the link being lost and you will need to contact customer support for a new link.
Exceptions to the instant download policy:
- Technical issues
on the HitTrax server, routers and services on the Internet
chain disrupt the automated system
- Security settings on the computer of the customer accepting the order prevent the files from downloading
- The HitTrax Security
system has temporarily quarantined the order**
** HitTrax has
an internal security system which may trap and
quarantine an order due to suspicious or other
circumstances that require a support team member,
or a member of our security team to confirm the
order directly with the credit card holder
The office, on
most occasions is staffed 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri and
8am to 11.45am Sat-Sun except public holidays.
If you require your order urgently, call + 613 9887 8127 and we will try to expedite delivery, however no guarantees can be made if the office is unstaffed. In these circumstances, leave your name, phone number and purchase order number on the voice mail.

is faulty we'll replace or refund it. To ensure
you receive the songs you want, please use the
on-line demo's. Copyright and licensing laws prevent
us from refunding or replacing songs unless they
are faulty.

All HitTrax distributed
MIDI Files and MP3 and Ring tone and True Tone audio files (hereafter referred
to as 'the files') are protected world wide by
copyright laws and treaties. It is illegal
to reproduce and distribute unauthorized copies
of the files without the written permission of
the copyright owner. Individuals face fines of
up to $50,000 for each offence while companies
and corporations face fines of $250,000 per offence.
Additionally, a person may be jailed for up to
5 years for each infringement.
It is important
to know that by purchasing the files, you are
entering into a legal agreement as an 'end user'
and the conditions stipulated on this page apply
to you in full - no exceptions. If you have returned
to the On-line Order Form and submitted an order
for the files, it is presumed you have read and
fully understand the terms and conditions set
out here, so PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
We are happy to
provide you with further information in relation
to Copyright regulations and we are always ready
to assist with friendly advice. If you are unsure
what all the terms and conditions actually mean,
please request further copyright information by
E-mail stating the areas you wish clarifying.
1: The copyright
which exists in the files is termed 'Intellectual
Property'. Other 'copyrights' which exist are
mechanical and lyrical which are controlled by
agencies and the respective publishers. You are
permitted to modify a the files for your own personal
use (e.g.: key/tempo changes etc..) however, the
rules remain as defined below. You are permitted
to make a safety back up copy.
2: The source data
(Midi Files, all associated source code, text
files, music files and any other data which constitutes
a part of the files) is fully protected by International
Copyright Treaties.
3: The files ARE
NOT public domain, nor are they shareware.
Internet service providers (ISP's), search
engines, bulletin board operators, user groups,
schools, churches etc. are all bound to the same
rules and regulations which apply to the individual
and corporations. We issue special licenses (available
on request) to allow certain authorized uses of
the files outside the normal performance criteria.
4: It is permitted
to modify key's, tempo changes, instrument mutes
and other edits which are necessary to prepare
the files suitable for personal performance by
the licensed user. Special licenses are available
by request for some of the above activities.
5: It is illegal
to give copies of the files to friends or other
3rd parties. All files are electronically
stamped with the buyers details. HitTrax is obliged
under distributor agreements to actively pursue
instances where copyright infringements are suspected
or known to have occurred.
5: Rewards are paid
to persons giving information leading to a conviction
of persons or companies involved in the illegal
distribution of the files.

of our products, including, but not limited to,

Safari Browsers in some MAC OS are known to block access to our download site. If you receive 'Purchase does not exist' or 'payment has failed' messages, then try the the following fix:

Firewall programs

If possible, disable
the automatic blocking function and switch to
'Prompt'. While automatic settings are great
for 'set and forget' you are actually going
to cause more problems for yourself as pages
you want to access may be blocked. In
'Prompt' mode, you choose to accept or decline
access at the times the functions are required.
This is a more efficient method of handling
security on your computer.
