Copyright exists in MIDI Files just like a sound recording. While it's OK to make your own MIDI Files and play them at home and gigs, it becomes a legal issue when unlicensed MIDI Files (also known as MIDIS) are posted on a website.  HitTrax suppliers are paid a royalty fee upon each sale.

Lyrics included where licensed

Where available, lyrics are included and licensed through the publishers. This applies to most of the catalogue. Many titles also include Karaoke lyrics, which scroll on a screen or MIDI player if this feature is supported by your player.
